Shipping
Your order will be sent securely via Bpost. You can choose between 2 different delivery options:
Home delivery
Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen address by the courier. This is often during office hours. An e-mail with tracking information will inform you of the estimated time of delivery.
Collection from a Bpost pick-up point
Indicate in the shipping method that you wish to collect your order from a Bpost point near you. You will receive an e-mail or SMS as soon as it is available for pick-up. The handy thing is that this is often available for pick-up after working hours. So you choose when it suits you!

Where's my order?
As soon as your order has been processed correctly, we will send you an order confirmation. When we have packed and shipped your order, you will also receive a confirmation. This confirmation e-mail contains a Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.
Returns
At Reswipe, you can exchange or return your refurbished iPhone within 14 days of receipt. Follow the 4 steps below and request your return easily.
1. Register your return:
2. Print the return form and attach it to your return.
3. Log out your iCloud account from the device and remove the access code.
4. Return the item in its original box with accompanying unused accessories.
Following items will not be taken back upon return:
- Damaged iPhone box
- Used cable & plug
- Installed/used screen protector
- Used protection case
pack the article securely with sufficient protection to avoid damage during transport.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us beforehand. You hereby enter into an agreement with us to revoke/return one or more products.
You shall only be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We would like to receive the products, including packaging, returned in as original a condition as possible and undamaged. If your return does not meet our requirements, we will return it to you.
