Shipping

Your order will be sent securely via Bpost or UPS. You can choose between 2 different delivery options:

Home delivery

Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen address by the courier. This is often during office hours. An e-mail with tracking information will inform you of the estimated time of delivery.

Collection from a UPS pick-up point

Indicate in the shipping method that you wish to collect your order from a Bpost point near you. You will receive an e-mail or SMS as soon as it is available for pick-up. The handy thing is that this is often available for pick-up after working hours. So you choose when it suits you!

Where's my order?

As soon as your order has been processed correctly, we will send you an order confirmation. When we have packed and shipped your order, you will also receive a confirmation. This confirmation e-mail contains a Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

Returns

To send your product as a return, proceed as follows:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to submit your return request. Attach a photo of the front and back of your iPhone (without a case) to speed up the approval process. Once approved, you will receive a free return label to send the product back.

2. Log out your iCloud account from the device and remove the 4/6 digit access code.

3. Return your iPhone with sufficient protective material. Please note, only return your iPhone. Accessories such as a case, SIM card, charger or other items will be recycled upon receipt.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us beforehand. You hereby enter into an agreement with us to revoke/return one or more products.

You shall only be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We would like to receive the products, including packaging, returned in as original a condition as possible and undamaged. If your return does not meet our requirements, we will return it to you.
